I really love eating at home. I mean sometimes I enjoy eating out, but I would almost always prefer a good homemade meal over eating out. The only reason I don’t like it is how long it takes. Last night I was dying to whip something up in the kitchen, but it was already 7pm and we were very hungry. We ended up grabbing junk at Sheetz, and it was so disappointing but it was just what I needed to remind me how much I love making things at home.
The next few weeks are crazy busy with moving and so the cooking wont be super extravagant. Especially next week once the majority of kitchen is packed up and at the other apartment. I would love any tips on simple one skillet meals so I can keep eating at home and just have the bare minimum unpacked.

Tuesday – My version of Cincinnati Chili Cheese Coneys and Crinkle Fries
Wednesday – Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas and Potatoes O’Brian
Thursday – Grilled Chicken, Ratatouille and Cheesy Mashed Potatoes
Friday – Homemade Pizza and Salad (I’m still hunting for my go to crust recipe, I’ll pick something this week)
Saturday – Pantry Raid (Basically like the show Chopped in real life, I see what we have and get creative)
Sunday – Spaghetti and Garlic Bread
