Today I am thankful for waking up another day. I feel like every week it’s the same thing on Monday’s I want to be thankful, it’s going to be a great day, but boo to going back to work and waking up early among other weekly responsibilities. This week I’m embracing the good, and attempting brush off the bad. The house is clean, the groceries are bought, and it’s a four day work week so there is nothing to complain about.

Monday – Creamy Crock-pot Salsa Chicken, Refried Beans, and Tortilla Chips
Tuesday – Fried Chicken Strips, Mac and Cheese, and Sauteed Green Beans
Wednesday – Spaghetti
Thursday – Chili
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will be out of town!
It’s short and sweet this week, but I am definitely most excited about having chili. Be expecting this on the schedule nearly weekly once the official cold weather hits. I want to try some different varieties this year…pumpkin, chicken, veggie, and more! I enjoy meal planning and cooking more in the colder months and cant wait to try out some new recipes!
