Hello to not quite enough sleep. It was a busy weekend. A good one, but a busy one. Unfortunately my Sunday missed the day of rest memo.
Hello new living room set up. Hopefully there will be pictures soon, but lets just say I love it.
Hello autumn leaves. The autumn colors have hit and it is simply gorgeous outside. This is one of the most beautiful autumns I have seen in a while, now lets just hope we don’t get any October snow this year that ruins it all.
Hello cleaner home. I am still working on my de-cluttering project for this month and while I’m not doing wonderful keeping up with the day-to-day, overall it’s going really quite well. I’ll probably highlight it all here at the end of the month!
Hello Menu Plan Monday. I’m linking up with Laura over at Organizing Junkie as usual. Last weeks planning got a little thrown around and crazy. That’s the great thing about menu planning though…without it things would have been even worse. So now I have a plan and even if it fails I can still feel good about it.
Monday // Cornbread Chili Bake // Basically mixing up a chili-like meat mixture, throwing it in a casserole dish and topping it with cornbread and cheese to bake it. It’s delicious.
Tuesday // Double Stuffed Lemon Garlic Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli // Our favorite, hands down.
Wednesday // Chicken Parmesan & Salad // Simple and delicious
Thursday // Potato Soup & Grilled Cheese // I’m hoping for a cold dreary day to go along perfectly with potato soup
Friday // Homemade Pizza // I failed on this last week, this week I will prevail!
Saturday // Out // Husband’s grandparents are visiting so I’m sure we will go out to eat!
Sunday // Roast Beef Sunday Meal or Out // I never got around to making this this week, and we might have plans next Sunday, but hopefully we will have it soon!
