The Deans Eat // Forty One

Most Mondays I really do try to be optimistic. Viewing the beauty of a new week and blahblahblah. As you can tell, today is not going to be one of those days. It was a tough week last week and this week will be pretty much the same. I do have some exciting things coming up this coming weekend (roadtrip with my sister? I think so!), but until then it’s going to be an uphill battle. There is gardening to do, floors to clean, cabinets to empty, showers to scrub, and a mountain of laundry that needs to be conquered. Will all of it get done? Probably not, but a girl can try!

The one thing that I managed to stay on top of for this week was the meal plan. Following last week which was nothing short of a disaster, I decided to go hardcore this week and plan EVERY meal! Hopefully this well help me avoid any midday meltdowns (because yes, I am a toddler) and make the week an overall more pleasant experience for all involved – I’m talking to you husband!
