Well, I haven’t checked in for far too long. Last week was a menu planning disaster following a weekend in Columbus, but honestly it was worth it. So lets just pretend last week never existed.
The week before last I shared my FULL menu plan, Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner included! That week was a total success. It had been far too long since I had planned all aspects of my eating. Not once did I wonder what I would eat, nor did I eat junk instead of breakfast or lunch. It really was successful and delicious. Now for the real question, can I do it again this week?

Tuesday || Breakfast / Egg Sandwich| Lunch / PB&J | Dinner / Burgers and Corn on the cob
Wednesday || Breakfast / Smoothie | Lunch / Pizza Bread | Dinner / Chicken Tacos
Thursday || Breakfast / Hot Cereal | Lunch / Leftovers | Dinner / Sandwiches or Leftovers
Friday || Breakfast / Smoothie | Lunch / Pasta | Dinner / Out of town
Saturday || Dinner / Cincinnati Style Chili 4 Ways
Sunday || Lunch / Chicken Fajitas
Snacks || Cheese and Crackers, Bell Peppers, Small Bag of Popcorn, Fruit, and Energy Bars
I think I will be sharing my full menu from now on, if for no other reason than it makes my life better knowing I know exactly what I’m going to be eating each day. This will consist of 3 meals a day 5 days a week, and 1 meal a day on the weekend (our weekends vary so much and it makes things better to just plan one meal a day).
I truly do have more content coming soon. I know I keep promising that, but really, there is!
