Happy Tuesday! It’s the first official week of summer, although it has been “summer-like” for awhile now. I’m sorry I’m a day late, but better late than never right? This was a pretty lazy weekend, with some Father’s Day celebrations thrown in. I wasn’t feeling too spectacular on Sunday and spent over half the day laying on the couch, binge watching Netflix, with my sweet husband taking care of me.
I’m feeling much better now though, and I’m ready to tackle the week. I’ve been feeling a little stuck in a rut with menu planning recently, hopefully I can branch out and try some new things soon. This week is a simple but delicious one though. I’m really looking forward to breakfast for dinner later this week though…we never get to eat a big breakfast together, so my heart is quite set on this. I’ll share my favorite waffle recipe next week!
