The Deans Eat // Forty Nine

Summer is slowly slipping away, another Monday means another week beginning that will be over before we know it. Vacation is fast approaching and time is just flying by. I honestly can’t keep up! So many goals and dreams and things not being quite fulfilled. Sometimes I have to just stop and remind myself of the small triumphs so I don’t get so lost in the big picture. What are some small triumphs you’ve made recently?

Last Monday I was in post holiday weekend recovery mode and cranking out a menu was just something I couldn’t quite complete. We ate some leftover meals from the week before and made far too many grocery trips. We survived though and even got to have some family over for dinner one night.

Monday || Breakfast / Hot Cereal | Lunch / Leftover Calzone | Dinner / Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, & Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday || Breakfast / Breakfast Burrito | Lunch / Soup | Dinner / Cow-Appreciation Day @ Chick-Fil-A (Yes, we will be dressing up like cows to receive free food)

Wednesday || Breakfast / Smoothie | Lunch / PB&J & Pretzels | Dinner / Cincinnati Style 4 Ways

Thursday || Breakfast / Egg Sandwich | Lunch / Hot Dogs | Dinner / Turkey & Black Bean Enchiladas

Friday || Breakfast / Smoothie | Lunch / Leftovers  | Dinner / Chicken Pepper Pasta

Saturday & Sunday || Undecided, but I’m sure it will be full of great fun as my dear sister is coming for a visit this weekend!

Snacks || Fruit, Veggies, Cheese & Crackers, Popcorn, Pretzels and Granola Bars
