The day has arrived. Whole30 – Day 1. If you missed the announcement last week, I am starting the Whole30 challenge today. You can read all about it over HERE! I’m excited, nervous, anxious and thrilled to be making theses life changes. I’m sure I’ll be documenting this journey along the way, I hope you stick around.
This week’s menu is one filled with things that sound really good to me. I know this week isn’t going to be easy, so I didn’t want to get too crazy out there and tried to stick with foods I like and foods that are familiar to me. Hopefully i will branch out a little bit further next week trying some newer foods that aren’t so scary to me. If you have any Whole30 approved favorites, send them my way!

Wednesday || Breakfast / Apple & Almond butter | Lunch / Leftover Fritter & Baked “Fries” | Dinner / Meat Sauce over Zucchini Noodles
Thursday || Breakfast / Breakfast Hash | Lunch / Leftover Sauce over Roasted Cauliflower | Dinner / Tuscan Pork Chops with Roasted Broccoli
Friday || Eggs & Fruit / Hot Cereal | Lunch / Leftover Pork with simple salad | Dinner / Taco Salad
Saturday|| Banana & Almond Butter | Lunch / Leftover Taco Salad | Dinner / Steak Kabobs
Sunday || Undecided || This is all so new and strange, and Sunday just felt so far away. I really needed to take a break to see how this week goes and then finish planning for Sunday later this week.
