The Deans Eat // Sixty Two

October is  over, I’m over here in shock over how quickly the year is coming to a close. Guys—-Christmas is in LESS than 2 months. Is anyone else in denial? Please come join my denial party of how this year has slipped away.

Needless to say, on this Monday I am ready to seize the day (Considering there are only 60 left in 2015). I’ve got lists piling up – grocery lists, to-do lists, Christmas lists, and more. I know we’ve talked about my list obsession here many times before, but I think I’m finally using lists in a way that is not only soothing to my frazzled brain, but actually helping me accomplish things. I’m using  a bullet journal to house my plans, lists, dreams, and more. Have you ever tried a bullet journal system? It’s still new to me but I’m really enjoying it!

I didn’t get the chance to post my menu last week, but it existed nonetheless and we stuck to it for the most part other than forgetting to make dinner on Wednesday. So we have 2 meals leftover from last week to make this week, plans to head out with friends, and a church dinner. This really simplifies the meal planning this week!

The Deans Eat

Monday – Spaghetti and Caesar Salad

Tuesday – Black Bean Quesadillas

Wednesday – Taco Soup

Thursday – Grilled Chicken, Mashed Potatoes & Veggies

Friday – Flatbreads

Saturday – Out with Friends

Sunday – Church Dinner; taking Pumpkin Chili
